These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TailStacks and any related websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You may use the Service only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, without limitation:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Using the Service to send spam, abuse, or other unwanted communications.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

3. Templates, Assets & License

Templates, components, and other assets offered through TailStacks remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Subject to your payment of any applicable fees, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded templates in your own projects and client work.

You may:

• Modify templates to fit your needs.
• Use templates in commercial or personal projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense templates as competing template products.
• Claim ownership of the original design or branding of TailStacks.

4. Payments, Plans & Renewals

Some parts of the Service are provided for a fee, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Prices and plan features may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of taxes.

For subscription plans, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Because templates and digital assets are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support and we will review your request in good faith.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the Service (including but not limited to templates, branding, logos, copy, and documentation) are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you by implication or otherwise.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if continued access would create risk for us or other users. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you will cease, except for rights that must survive by their nature.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
